In the part of arranging bottles, this machine selects the latest bottle arranging machine. This new type of bottle sorting machine is different from other manufacturers in the industry. It adopts the PLC control system of Siemens in Germany. Therefore, in terms of improving the feeding and finishing speed and the correct rate of bottle turning, there is a great improvement, and the operation and maintenance are also very simple. It only needs to be operated on the touch screen.

The bottle unscrambler adopts a large-angle oblique design, with an inclination angle of >60°. When the bottles are arranged, the accuracy rate is increased by 30% compared with other models.

When conveying bottles and loading materials, whether they are correctly or incorrectly placed bottles, our bottle flipper will correctly distinguish them, and then flip the wrong and wrong bottles so that the bottles are placed on the conveyor belt in the correct direction.
