The feeding part of high-speed tablet press consists of feeder and hopper. The analysis and solution of common faults are given.

(1) Powder leakage from tablet press. Leakage of powder is usually caused by the excessive gap between the bottom of the feeder or the scraper and the turntable plane. Please solve the problem by the gap between the whole feeder or the scraper and the turntable plane. There must be a gap between the scraper and the turntable, which is usually measured with a plug ruler. When installing, the locking screw must be flat to ensure the installation accuracy, prevent the gap from being too large or too small to cause powder leakage or abrasion, and rotate. 1) Material factors, uneven granulation or poor material fluidity.

3) The height of the hopper is not adjusted properly and the filling of the grid behind the feeder is insufficient.

4) The wear of the filling front rail in the filling rail assembly is serious, resulting in jump. At this time, the filling rail assembly should be replaced.

5) The wear of lifting rod in filling rail assembly is serious, which results in large adjustment clearance and filling rail jitter. At this time, filling rail assembly should be replaced.

6) The serious wear of the bottom of the feeder results in uneven gap between the bottom of the feeder and the turntable.

7) The scraper is worn seriously, which leads to poor scraping effect. At this time, the scraper should be replaced.

8) High-speed rotary tablet pressing machine has poor effect of dust collection, resulting in loose tablets or tablets with poor appearance quality. The main causes are small pressure, uneven particles, low water content or difficult pressing of material components. The solution is to adjust pressure handwheel to increase pressure, adjust particles and accessories. The particles can be sprayed 75% ethanol to wet. When pressing, the vibration of the machine is louder. When pressing, the machine has a louder sound system, which is caused by the unbalanced pressure on both sides. The pressure can be adjusted to solve the problem.
