Problems and solutions that may occur during the use of the aluminum bubble cap packaging machine

Blister packaging machine can be divided by forming and hot - pressing sealing, forming into roller type and plate type. According to the production experience, it is found that the blister packaging machine is prone to problems in bubble forming, hot pressing and sealing. The following is a brief introduction of how to solve these problems.

1. Aluminum plastic bubble wrap packaging machine bubble forming

According to the principle that the bubble cap molding is PVC film (hard sheet) heated through the mold and shaped into the required shape and size by using compressed air or vacuum molding, problems of bubble cap forming shall be solved from the following aspects:

(1) whether PVC films (hard sheets) are qualified products;

(2) whether the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low;

(3) whether the surface of the heating device adheres to PVC;

(4) whether the cooling system of the mold is normal and effective;

(5) whether the moulds are qualified, whether the moulding holes are smooth and whether the pores are unobstructed;

(6) whether the plate type positive pressure forming mold is clamped the PVC belt in parallel, and there is no air leakage.

(7) whether the vacuum degree and exhaust rate of the rotary negative pressure forming can reach the normal value, and whether the pipeline has abnormal loss;

(8) whether the compressed air is clean and dry, whether the pressure and flow can reach the normal value, and whether the pipeline has abnormal loss;

 

2. Aluminum and plastic bubble cap packaging machine is hot-pressed and sealed

In the process of hot-pressing sealing in the package of the aluminum plastic bubble cap, the PVC belt and aluminum foil are made by the parallel roller hot sealing roller and anilox roller under the action of a certain temperature and pressure to complete the hot-pressing sealing. The contact between the hot sealing roller and the roller is linear and the pressure required is relatively small.

In the process of hot pressing and sealing of the flat aluminum bubble wrap, the PVC tape and aluminum foil are made of parallel flat hot sealing plates and meshed plates in the same plane under the action of certain temperature and pressure. The contact between the hot seal plate and the reticulated plate is planar contact and the pressure required is relatively large.

No matter it is the roller type or the flat-plate type of hot pressing sealing, problems such as unclear thermal sealing mesh, different depth of mesh, and PVC belt movement during hot closing, etc. need to be solved from the following aspects:

(1) whether the aluminum foil is qualified product, and whether the hot joint surface is coated with the required hot sol;

(2) whether the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low;

(3) whether the operation of PVC tape or aluminum foil has abnormal resistance;

(4) whether the hot sealing mold is qualified, whether the surface is smooth and flat, and whether the bubble cover formed by the PVC belt can be smoothly inserted into the hole of the hot sealing roller (sheet);

(5) whether the pattern on the roller (plate) is clear and consistent in depth;

(6) whether the cooling system of the heat sealing mold is normal and effective;

(7) whether the pressure required by the heat seal is normal;

(8) whether the hot sealing roller (plate) and anilox roller (plate) are parallel.

3. Some advanced aluminum foam cover packaging machines are equipped with various automatic monitoring devices, which can play various protective roles, and automatically stop the machine when the following problems are found:

(1) open the safety cover;

(2) insufficient compressed air pressure;

(3) insufficient heating temperature;

(4) use up PVC film or aluminum foil;

(5) the drugs in the package are used up;

(6) mechanical overload of certain stations;

(7) circuit overload.

The machine cannot be started until the following issues have been resolved:

(1) the safety cover is not fully closed;

(2) insufficient compressed air pressure;

(3) insufficient heating temperature;

(4) lack of PVC or aluminum foil films;

(5) overload or other faults have not been eliminated;

(6) the setting of function keys is wrong, and the emergency stop key is not reset.

In addition to the problems mentioned above, there may be other problems in the actual use of the aluminum plastic packaging machine. Specific problems need to be analyzed in detail.
