The working principle of plate type blister packing machine is: the molding film is heated and softened by a flat plate heating device, and the softened film is blown into a bubble cover in the flat plate forming device. The filling device will be filled into the bubble cover and then be sent to the flat sealing device to cover the film and the film under the appropriate temperature and pressure. The forming film is sealed, and the batch number is printed and pressed out of the broken line through the typing press device. Finally, the punching device is cut into a specified size packing plate.
3) roller plate blister packing machine
The roller plate type blister packing machine is derived from the roll and plate type bubble cover packaging machine, that is, the flat plate type molding device is used to blow molding (positive pressure molding) and the roller type sealing device is sealed.
